Now Lo-Chlor has made it so easy to keep your outdoor surfaces clean and shiny. To clean most any surface, simply hose it down, spray on Filter & Tile Cleaner; let it work its magic for a minute and hose off.

Cleaning filters, either DE or cartridge is easy; just hose down, spray on and hose off. Done. Pool tiles at water line; spray on and rinse off. Works great on wood decks, PVC furniture, painted cement surfaces, and grill tops. Spray on and rinse off. You’re done! Really grimy surfaces may require a second spray and a bit of a wipe.

Filter & Tile Cleaner will not affect the balance of your pool chemistry. And your yard is so much more inviting when it is clean and free from the grit and grime that can accumulate over time.

We do not accept returns.  In case of missing or damaged items, we are happy to work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied and are able to enjoy your swimming pool.  Please call us with any questions or concerns.

Any returns of individual items must be approved first.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  All boxes must be unopened and completely intact.

All canceled orders are subject to a 3% transaction fee as well as the below policies.

All orders including freight items: Spas, Pool Filters, Pool Heaters,  Pool Pumps, Pool Lights, and Replacement Filter Cartridges are subject to a $175 cancellation fee.  This fee applies if your order has not yet been shipped.  If your order has been pulled and assembled on the pallet, wrapped and awaiting for pickup from the freight company - it is considered shipped and the below policy applies.  We may or may not be able to stop the pallet from actually leaving the warehouse.  In the case that we can, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs, but the 30% restocking fee does still apply.  Please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel any order and do not consider it cancelled until you have spoken with someone at Crucian Pool and Spas.

Cancellation after Shipping:

Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, no cancellations are allowed. If delivery is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee. 

Orders typically ship in 5-10 business days depending on the size of the order. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Simply click on the link for your order arrival information.
